To confirm a reservation, a deposit of one-half of the total rental fee must be received within one week of making your reservation.
Balance is due on arrival (in cash in US funds) and keys will not be given to guests unless payment is ready upon arrival and check in, no exceptions, regardless of reason. (Payment in full before arrival is another option via paypal 30 days prior to arrival).
If cancellation is necessary, a full refund of deposit will be given if intent to cancel is received at least 60 days prior to arrival; one-half of the deposit will be refunded between 60-30 days prior, and if less than 30 days, no refund will be given, regardless of reason.
It is recommended that guests purchase trip insurance, readily available on-line to safeguard against loss of any kind, whether illness, weather or any other unforeseen eventualities that might prevent you from honoring your reservation. One change in reservation dates may be done with no charge; additional changes will be assessed a fee of $25.00 each.
The Homeowners/agents are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk or harm arising from their use of the premises. In sending your deposit, you agree to the above policies and terms.
REMINDER: By renting this property, please not that your reservation is for the enjoyment of the people solely renting the property. Guests must have prior approval with management.
