Ingredients:
· 1 ½ Cups of Unsalted Softened Butter
· 2 Cups of Granulated Sugar
· 4 Eggs
· 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
· ½ teaspoon of Almond Extract
· 5 Cups of All-Purpose Flour
· 2 teaspoons of Baking Powder
· 1 teaspoon of Salt
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Cream butter and sugar until smooth
3. Beat eggs with vanilla extract and almond extract
4. Pour into the mixture
5. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder
6. Slowly add dry ingredients into mixture until dough forms
7. Form balls of dough and Cover in plastic wrap
8. Refrigerate for at least one hour
9. On a floured surface, roll out dough to a quarter or a half an inch thick
10. Use Cookie Cutters to Cut into shapes
11. Place cookies, an inch apart, on a cookie sheet lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper
12. Bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes
13. Cool completely. Enjoy!
